As a professional nutritionist, I always find it fascinating to experience how much positive effects a healthy and balanced diet has on the well-being of my customers.

My  Approach

I am in favor of a flexible diet where everything is allowed. Nobody should suffer to achieve the goal set. It is very important to me that a nutrition plan is easy to implement in everyday life.

 

Nothing is forbidden with me. I want my customers to have a positive attitude towards nutrition. This is the only way to achieve a long-term change in diet, which will continue to be lived after our cooperation.  

 

Every human is unique! Therefore, I create nutritional recommendations that are tailored to your individual needs.

How does it work  Advisory?

I offer different consulting packages to meet your needs.  

Every consultation starts with a FREE telephone conversation in which your concerns are discussed -  Duration: approx. 45 min. Here it is also determined which consulting package is best suited for you.

In order to achieve sustainable success, it is important to understand that the advisory steps of a package should mostly be repeated. The consultation cycle of a package lasts approximately one month. I recommend going through the consultation cycle at least 3 times. So I can analyze your progress very well and further optimize your diet. Therefore I offer 15% when booking 3 months  DISCOUNT  on my packages.  

During the consultation, I am of course always available to answer your questions via WhatsApp or email. Even after completing a consulting package, you can contact me - I won't let anyone down.

Nutritional coaching for athletes

Proper nutrition plays a very special role in athletes. Top performance can only be achieved with the right diet.


With a balanced diet, an athlete can optimize many things, including:

  • Better storage of energy  

  • Higher activity time or longer training units  

  • Faster regeneration

  • Reduction of tiredness and illness

  • Reduction of the risk of injury  
     

Every accomplished athlete should therefore constantly optimize their diet in order to achieve a higher level of performance. There are different things to consider and questions to answer for each sport. For example: When should how many calories be consumed? In what composition should these be consumed - proteins, carbohydrates, fats? What nutrients does the athlete need for his sport?


To help you answer these questions, I also offer nutritional coaching for athletes (prices on request). I would be happy to support you with targeted nutrition control on the way to your goals.
